  • You return the product in new, unused condition and in its original packaging within 14 days of delivery.

Products that have been used, damaged after delivery, or are missing their original packaging are not eligible for a refund.

  3. Wait for our confirmation and return instructions.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • If you wish to return the product for personal reasons (e.g., change of mind), return shipping costs will be your responsibility.

4. Refund Processing Time

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days.
  • The refund will be issued via the original payment method.

5. Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds for:

6. Undelivered Orders

If your order has not been delivered within 30 business days, please contact us. We will investigate with the courier and offer either a refund or a replacement.

7. Order Cancellation & Changes

  • Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled but may be returned after delivery.
